Uncertified Coins

    * For any reason you are unsatisfied with your product within 15 days of receipt, you can return your order for a full refund less shipping and handling charges.
    * All items will not be refunded after 15 days of receipt.
    * You must call for a return merchandise authorization number.
    * Returned orders must include original invoice.
    * You are responsible for returning the merchandise with the appropriate amount of delivery insurance. Package must be insured for the full value of the merchandise.

Certified Coins

    * coinpile.com will only refund certified coins if the plastic protective slab has not been damaged or tampered with in any way. If the plastic protective slab has been damaged in any way, the sale is final.
